Hole in One for SCL!

On May 3-4, 2024, the Gelnett Library in Snyder County, PA, transformed into a lively mini golf course for the annual Library Mini Golf fundraiser. This unique event brought the community together for a fun-filled weekend, featuring mini-golf rounds set up throughout the library, catering to both adults and families. The first evening was an exclusive adults-only affair from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with each ticket costing $30 for singles or $50 for couples. Attendees enjoyed all-you-can-eat food, two adult beverages, and a round of mini golf. The following day, the event opened to all ages, running from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, where a round of golf was available for just $5, and food was complementary.

Some of the event sponsors included Weis Markets, Fulton Bank, Jersey Shore Bank, the Friends of the Library, EXP Realty, Stahl Sheaffer Engineering, Penn Fire Protection, the Middleburg Burger King crew, Juniata Valley Bank, Kreamer Feed, Selinsgrove Dental Arts, UNB, Evangelical Community Hospital, First National Bank, Susquehanna Community Bank, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Beavertown Rescue Hose Company, and Bingaman & Son Lumber Company.
