If you have ever wondered, ‘What is the perfect gift for someone who has everything?’, Snyder County Library’s “Own-A-Day” program is the answer you’re looking for!
For a $50 donation to Snyder County Libraries, you or someone you know can “own their own day” at the library of their choosing within any branch of Snyder County Libraries.
Our “Own-A-Day” program offers a unique and personal way to recognize a loved one.
By sponsoring a day of library service, a person can dedicate the day in honor or in memory of someone special, to celebrate a loved one’s birthday, among other celebrations.
What can the honoree expect?
On the honoree’s day, they can expect…
- A book placed in their name
- A certificate acknowledging the donation
- Their name on the Gelnett Library’s video display at the circulation desk
- Their name will be printed on the library’s receipts
- Their name mentioned in the library’s telephone greeting
- Their name on the library’s website, Facebook page, and year-long calendar
